The updated ITS System Status Webpage is available at status.its.msstate.edu or by clicking the "System Status" link on the ITS home page.
This page provides timely information about disruptions to MSU’s core IT applications, services, and infrastructure. This includes applications like Banner and Canvas as well as services like the campus network, phone system, and email.
The dashboard shows a status overview, and a calendar view lets you browse past events and planned maintenance. Users can subscribe to email notifications to receive alerts about IT events affecting campus. This redesigned site replaces the legacy ITS status page and operations calendar.
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use the ITS Status Page to stay informed about incidents and maintenance related to critical IT services and applications.
