Departmental purchases of Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses may be altered by a departmental approver as detailed below. Questions about who may maintain departmental licenses should be directed to the Service Desk.
- Departmental users can make the following changes to individual licenses:
- Transfer an Individual License
- Undo a future transfer
- Change a license end date
- Change the billing number to be used for the next license period
- Prevent the license from automatically renewing
- Departmental users can make the following changes to shared device licenses:
- Change the billing number to be used for the next license period
- Change the number of licenses that will automatically renew at the end of the current license period
- To begin, users should access myState using a valid NetID and NetPassword.
- Under Apps & Services, click Banner.

- Click Employee.

- Under Administrative Users, click Adobe Creative Cloud License Maintenance.

- Choose an option from the License Type menu.
- Individual (for an individual license)
- Shared (for a shared device license)

- Click View Results.
- Refer to the instructions on the page for each type of edit.
- Note: The licenses listed have been billed to the user’s Departmental ITS Main Billing Number during the current license period.
