Mississippi State University provides students and employees with Microsoft 365 licenses. Due to recent changes in Microsoft’s pricing model for storage space for OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, etc., the University has moved from A3 licenses to A5 licenses for our faculty and most of our staff. In addition to expanded security features, faculty and most of our staff will also receive Power BI Pro and a new feature in Teams that allows conference members to join meetings with a call-in number.

Power BI is a suite of business analytics tools. While our A3 license provided view only access to Power BI reports, Power BI Pro allows the creation and sharing of reports, with a 1 GB model size limit. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/ for more information.
