ITS-User Training and Support hosted the Administrative Banner Q&A – Mastering Queues and Approvals Webinar on October 23, 2025, from 10:00am – 11:00am via WebEx. This webinar provided Banner users and approvers with the opportunity to get answers to their most pressing questions about: understanding how documents flow through the queues, printing queue reports, approving documents in Banner and completing and submitting queue requests.
