1. A red message-waiting indicator light notifies you when you have a new voice mail message.
2. To check your voice mail, press the Voice Mail button (envelope icon) or dial your extension (5-XXX). Enter your voice mail pass code, followed by the pound key (#).
3. Follow the audio prompts to retrieve your voice mail messages. If you forget your voice mail pass code, contact the ITS Service Desk to have it reset.
