ITS has numerous projects in the works for this spring and summer, watch for more information on each of them as they get closer to rolling out.
- Ellucian Experience will bring an updated user experience to myBanner. The new simplified interface will allow users to access Banner information easier and with less training. This new interface is cloud based and has an expected rollout of early summer 2026.
- Dynamic Forms (from NextGen) provides electronic forms and workflow capabilities that integrate with Banner and Xtender. This platform provides a "SaaS-safe" solution for future eForms development. Initial rollout is planned for spring 2026.
- The Training Management and Records System (TMaRS) is a central location to track and manage all training and workshops, whether in person or virtual, and to handle certificate expirations and reminders. It also lets supervisors assign training to the people they manage and see their compliance status. The initial rollout will be in January 2026 with enhanced features coming throughout the spring.
