This service is used ONLY for questions, modifications, and issues related to Admin By Request (ABR).

This is NOT the correct service to use for requesting local administrator rights via ABR. Use the Request Local Administrator Rights and installation of Admin By Request service and follow the instructions on that page to request this instead. (Please note the section about submitting a local administrator rights certification form via Adobe Sign before using that service).
