Respondus 4.0 for test building is available to all instructors. Respondus Lockdown Browser for digital test proctoring.
Note:
Effective May 18, 2026, Mississippi State University Information Technology Services will discontinue offering and supporting the Respondus exam creation and management tool.
As part of this change:
-The Respondus exam creation/management tool will no longer be available or supported.
-The Respondus feature will be disabled in Canvas, the university’s learning management system.
-Faculty will no longer be able to create, manage, or deploy assessments using Respondus for Canvas after this date.
-Students will no longer be able to download the Respondus Lockdown browser for online exams.
